Monday, August 28, 2017 was a special day for young entrepreneurs in Liberia. After Côte d’Ivoire in December 2016, the Bank is supporting the Government of Liberia to provide entrepreneurship training to young people in the agriculture value chain from 28th to 31st August 2017. The objective of the training is to encourage young entrepreneurs to take the bull by the horn, embrace risk and start their business.
From 7.00 am, the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sport Complex registered the arrival of dozens of youth. These young people did not come to see a soccer game, but to receive training that will change their mindset and perception of agriculture and give them the tools to become successful agripreneurs. Read more
